We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and related manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Reports to:
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
Relevant technical or trade school certification, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience with Mazak equipment preferred. Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC equipment required. Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, and precision measuring equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues Troubleshoot CNC machine controls, drives, motors, sensors, and servo systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Maintain equipment uptime and respond promptly to machine breakdowns Perform machine alignments, calibration, and precision adjustments Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory usage in Epicor. Coordinate with operators, programmers, and production personnel to minimize downtime Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines including lock out tag out procedures. Recommend process improvements and preventative maintenance strategies Physical Requirements:
CNC Machine Maintenance Technician position requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. Employees must be able to sit and stand bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods throughout the workday, as well as frequently move between workstations, storage areas, and production environments. The role also requires manual dexterity, and the ability to operate equipment safely. Pay:
