Job Description

About the Role As a Maintenance Technician , you will play a critical role in keeping our facility and production lines running efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on position focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of machinery and building systems. Your knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and production equipment will directly support our ability to manufacture high-quality products at scale. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to identify issues, prevent breakdowns, and implement improvements. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a go-to expert for mechanical and electrical challenges—this is the job for you. Working on 2nd shift, this role also receives an additional $2 per hour shift differential and our quarterly bonus. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food manufacturing equipment and support systems Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on production and facility equipment Diagnose issues involving mechanical systems, control valves, pneumatics, and basic electrical components Assist in the installation and startup of new or relocated equipment Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support production line changeovers Operate tools, lifts, and equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and minimize downtime Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status Support the maintenance of facility systems such as compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, and fire protection Comply with GMPs, safety regulations, and all company policies Why It Matters Production can't happen without reliable equipment.
