Job Description

Job Overview We are a full-service property management company specializing in the operation and oversight of residential rental properties. Our team is dedicated to maximizing property value while delivering a high-quality living experience for tenants. We handle all aspects of day-to-day property management, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. By combining strong operational expertise with responsive customer service, we ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently. Our approach focuses on building positive tenant relationships, minimizing vacancies, and protecting our clients' investments. We work closely with property owners to provide transparent communication, proactive management, and tailored solutions that meet their goals. Responsibilities Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, including issues such as leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken appliances, and electrical problems Prepare vacant units for new tenants by painting, repairing drywall, replacing flooring, and fixing doors and cabinets Perform routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, smoke alarms, electrical) and property grounds to identify and address issues proactively Handle emergency maintenance situations, including pipe bursts, lockouts, and power outages; participate in an on-call rotation as needed Maintain common areas, including lighting repairs and general upkeep to ensure a safe and clean environment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities Good organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Relevant technical knowledge (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs) Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities very day.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
