No Degree Required Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections and hardware testing to ensure machinery operates efficiently and to prevent unexpected downtime.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues using tools and root cause analysis.

HVAC & Plumbing:

Repair and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems within a facility.

Part Replacement:

Install or replace worn components such as belts, gears, and motors.
