Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with the maintenance and day-to-day operations of residential rental properties in the Greater Binghamton area.
Responsibilities include:
General property repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting Painting and touch-up work Drywall repair and patching Flooring repairs and installation Lock changes and turnover preparation Unit inspections Minor landscaping and exterior upkeep Assisting with apartment turnovers Coordinating and completing work orders Other general property management and maintenance tasks as needed Preferred qualifications: Prior handyman or maintenance experience Experience with flooring installation, drywall, painting, carpentry, remodeling, or other specialized trades Property management or rental property experience Ability to work independently and solve problems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and move materials as needed Additional notes: Compensation will vary based on experience and skillset. Candidates with specialized trade experience (flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, remodeling, etc.) or prior property management experience may qualify for higher pay. We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and can help maintain properties to a high standard.
Pay:
$22.50 - $30.00 per hour Ability to
