Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming pools for our valued clients. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your mechanical skills, and deliver exceptional service that keeps pools in top condition. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all pool systems operate smoothly. Your expertise will help create enjoyable swimming experiences and uphold safety standards across all properties. Duties Conduct regular pool inspections to assess water quality, chemical levels, and equipment functionality Perform comprehensive pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, and cleaning filters Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools Adjust chemical balances to ensure safe swimming conditions while adhering to health regulations Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in logs or digital records Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for pools to prepare them for use or storage Liner changes Repairs • Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment effectively Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and system checks Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repair and maintenance Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and safety protocols to ensure pristine water quality Service technician experience preferred to deliver professional customer service and technical support Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines meticulously Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Join us in delivering outstanding pool experiences by combining your technical expertise with a passion for service.
