Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fence Installer and bring outdoor spaces to life with expertly crafted fences and enclosures! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems, ensuring they are sturdy, functional, and visually appealing. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help transform properties, enhance privacy, and add value to our clients' landscapes. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and are eager to develop their craftsmanship in fencing, carpentry, and masonry. Duties Measure and mark installation sites accurately to ensure precise fence placement Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project plans for efficient execution Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, assemble, and secure fencing materials Dig post holes, set concrete footings, and ensure proper alignment for stability Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental styles Perform heavy lifting of materials such as panels, posts, concrete blocks, and gravel safely Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet industry standards Assist with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as needed to support overall site development Experience Prior experience in construction or carpentry is highly preferred; familiarity with framing carpentry is a plus Knowledge of masonry techniques including concrete forming and finishing enhances your versatility on-site Hands-on experience with welding and use of hand tools and power tools is essential for efficient work execution Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining good physical condition for demanding tasks Construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety regulations and teamwork skills Basic understanding of landscape maintenance or hardscape installation is advantageous but not required Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately Join us in building durable fences that stand the test of time!
