Perform general cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, landscaping and snow removal. Paint, plaster, sheet-rock and perform other basic carpentry work (including installing kitchen cabinets, laminate flooring, formica countertops, backsplash and tile work). Experienced with basic plumbing and electrical work. Handle multiple priorities and work orders on a timely basis. Communicate well with upper management and tenants including clear communication with emails, texts, and phone calls. Order parts, supplies, and equipment. Respond to work orders and service requests. Prepare vacant units for occupancy, conducting site and unit inspections. Knowledge of building systems (e.g., boilers, hot water heaters (HVAC a plus)). Job Qualifications Education:
