Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, diagnose, perform preventative maintenance and repair all plant manufacturing equipment including related pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and chemical systems. Troubleshoot custom manufacturing & test equipment in a fast-paced environment. Work with Manufacturing Engineers in the specification and development of new manufacturing equipment. Interface w/ PLC's (specifically Allen Bradley), w/Camera's (Cognex & Keyence), w/HMI's (Allen Bradley & Parker), and w/Robot's (Epson & Fanuc) to troubleshoot machine issues or modify programs. Use of hand tools, power tools and machining equipment to modify, construct or repairponents for equipment. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

Experience working fromplex drawings and data, manuals, handbooks. Experience using a wide variety of measuring instruments and electronic analyzing and testing equipment. Thorough knowledge of electronicponents, digital and analog circuitry, hydraulic systems and machine tool principles essential. 1-2 years technical college training (or equivalent).

Pay Details:
