What You'll Do Perform floor cleaning and maintenance using proper methods including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to restore shine and extend floor durability. Clean carpets thoroughly using specialized commercial carpet cleaning equipment and techniques. Maintain high cleanliness standards by promptly removing debris, stains, and spills. Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices to promote sustainability. Follow all safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Complete routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure consistent quality and proactively address any issues. Operate and safely transport company cleaning equipment between client locations. What We're Looking For Prior janitorial, custodial, or floor care experience in a commercial setting is preferred

• but we're willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, polishing, stripping, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable. Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment and using environmentally friendly products is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• this role requires travel between client sites in a company vehicle.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
