$23-$25/hour (based on experience) + Bonus Potential ________________________________________ About the Role We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community running smoothly. This role is more than fixing things—you'll directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents every day. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to resident service requests (goal: 24hour turnaround when possible). Complete apartment makeready repairs to ensure new residents move into homes that feel clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Monitor overall property conditions and proactively address maintenance needs. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate documentation of all work orders and inspections. Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and common areas clean, safe, and inviting (snow removal, landscaping, debris pickup). Assist with special projects, capital improvements, and other property needs as assigned. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely communication and exceptional service. What We're Looking For Experience in one or more trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, landscaping, or janitorial. Strong customer service skills—you take pride in being friendly, respectful, and helpful. Ability to work independently, stay organized, prioritize tasks, and follow through. Willingness to participate in oncall rotation for afterhours emergencies. A team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. EPA certification or HVAC experience is a plus (but not required). Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, active role that requires: Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and use of tools. Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. with assistance provided for heavier loads. Working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Us?
