Position Overview The company is currently seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our Maple Crest Apartment Complex in Deer Park, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in residential property management and real estate operations. Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician , your primary responsibilities will include: Assist in the process of making all units ready for move-in. Respond to all resident work order requests at the direction of your supervisor to quickly diagnose and correct any air conditioning, heating, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues. Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems. Inspect the community daily to identify any items that need maintenance or repair. Clearing snow and ice during inclement weather. Preserving the property and buildings and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance Providing residents with outstanding customer service
