This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment. Pay & Shift Details $29•35/hour , depending on experience 10% shift differential

Openings:

1 position•2nd

Shift Monday-Thursday:

3:00 PM-12:30 AM Every other

Friday:

2:00 PM-10:30 PM 1 position•Off Shift (2nd, 3rd, Weekend Days, or Weekend Nights) Overtime and weekend availability required Job Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment Work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Diagnose equipment issues and complete emergency repairs to minimize downtime Install, adjust, and replace defective parts and components Complete PMs and work order documentation (paper and electronic) Communicate open issues across shifts and with maintenance leadership Coordinate with third-party vendors when needed Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures Participate in ongoing technical training and cross-department skill development Comprehensive training provided. PPE supplied. Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, relays, sensors, control circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation Comfortable using computers for work orders and communication Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in confined or overhead spaces Willingness to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime Must provide basic personal hand tools Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 5-7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or welding strongly preferred Licenses or journeyman status a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Life, disability, and accident insurance Benefits begin the 1st of the month following hire How to Apply Send your resume to Sapphire Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). #mfg123
