COPY LINK link Adecco is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems as well as production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain plant production equipment, including machinery used in metalworking, assembly, welding, brazing, and related processes Diagnose mechanical issues, perform equipment tear-downs, andplete repairs Perform preventative maintenance and maintain calibration schedules Maintain facility systems including heating, cooling, and sprinkler systems Order, stock, and manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies Keep work areas clean,anized, and safe Support general facility upkeep, including painting, equipment cleaning, and snow removal Operate equipment such as forklifts and tractors as needed Conduct routine facility inspections and report any issues Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime Assist in improving safety, efficiency, and overall operations Maintain accurate maintenance records andmunicate effectively with team members Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and containment of hazardous materials Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Trade school or technical training preferred Minimum of 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Technical Skills Basic electrical knowledge (single-phase required; three-phase a plus) Mechanical systems experience Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge Plumbing and basic carpentry skills Preferred Experience Electrical wiring and PLC experience CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment experience What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Commitment to safety and quality standards Team-oriented mindset with strongmunication skills today to be considered for this Facilities Maintenance Technician role!
Pay Details:
