This position is ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping apartment homes and common areas in excellent condition. Prior painting experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Complete apartment turnovers including painting, patching, and minor repairs Perform routine maintenance and work orders in occupied apartments Assist with general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areas Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs Prepare apartments for new residents Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas Assist with seasonal property maintenance as needed Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests Qualifications Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred Painting experience strongly preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
