Direct Hire with benefits (full medical coverage offered) We're seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanic to support a commercial property portfolio consisting of light industrial and retail buildings. This is a hands?on role focused on maintenance, repairs, and small construction projects across multiple sites. What You'll Do Perform routine property maintenance and common?area repairs Complete commercial?grade carpentry, painting, flooring, ceilings, demo, and light electrical/plumbing Conduct property inspections and identify repair needs proactively Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety procedures Respond to tenant service requests professionally and with minimal disruption Handle suite turnovers, including demo and build?back Maintain tools, materials, and basic documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years in commercial construction, facilities, or property maintenance Strong all?
