High SchoolResponsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging and bottling lines and related production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose and resolve issues on fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, wrappers, and related automated equipment. Perform electrical troubleshooting including control circuits, sensors, motors, drives, and basic PLC-related diagnostics. Inspect, adjust, and replace mechanical and electrical components to maintain equipment performance. Support equipment setup, changeovers, startups, and line adjustments. Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain production schedules. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation. Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability. Follow all safety procedures, GMP requirements, and sanitation standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime and equipment performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance workspace.
