Job Description
We are currently seeking an expereinced Maintenance Mechanic with experience in the food production industry. The candidate will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to production equipment and facility machinery. Must be willing to work as team as well as independently. This is a high pace production facility and the ideal candidate must be willing to work efficiently. Ability to work extra hours, weekend and holidays will be required for this role.

High SchoolResponsibilities Install, adjust, and align motors, belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes, and sensors. Ensure all work complies with food safety, USDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on food production equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging systems, forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks Perform advanced preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failures Properly document work orders, downtime events, and parts usage via systems Notate Lockout/Tagout and work on energized equipment as required.
