The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn minor repair and replacement techniques and grow to the speed of their peers. Pay rates are flexible based on experience and ability. Duties
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings
Check in on different properties periodically to ensure general upkeep is being maintained
Know when a situation can be fixed on site or requires a professional
Utilize tools such as hand tools, drills, saws and various landscaping equipment
Interact with tenants in a professional and courteous manner Requirements
Ability to lift at least 45 lbs
Ability to work well with others
ability to communicate effectively in English
History of construction or maintenance preferred not required
