Machine Maintenance & Facilities Technician Community Manufacturing Solutions (CMS) - Kingston, NY Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Community Manufacturing Solutions (CMS) is seeking a dependable and hands-on Machine Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team in Kingston, NY. This position plays a key role in maintaining our equipment, supporting facility operations, and helping ensure a safe, productive work environment across the organization. What You'll DoEquipment Maintenance Maintain, service, and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and programs Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on time Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with operational efficiency Facilities Support Maintain and perform minor repairs to building systems and facility areas Assist with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and general maintenance tasks Coordinate with outside contractors and skilled trades when needed Help oversee facility projects and track maintenance/service requests Operational & Safety Support Assist in scheduling maintenance and facility-related work Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment Work closely with leadership and staff across departments What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or related work Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications Experience with preventative maintenance programs Knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred Why Join CMS?
