Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on homes
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients interacted with

Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, plumbing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of home systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team if required
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in
