Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system repairs. Troubleshooting and addressing any maintenance issues that arise promptly and efficiently. Conducting regular inspections to ensure all equipment and systems are operating effectively. Assisting with general upkeep of the property, such as painting, minor carpentry, and landscaping.
