Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fence Installer Helper and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist experienced fence installers in constructing, installing, and repairing fences that enhance security, privacy, and aesthetic appeal for our clients. Duties Assist lead fence installers in measuring and marking installation sites to ensure precise placement. Help with the setup and operation of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment needed for fence installation. Support the lifting and positioning of fence panels, posts, and other materials safely and efficiently. Prepare materials by cutting, assembling, or fitting components using carpentry, framing, or masonry techniques. Assist in digging post holes and setting concrete forms to secure fence posts firmly in the ground. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to promote safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with welding equipment, concrete forming tools, or landscape maintenance gear. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or carpentry is highly desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures helps ensure a secure working environment. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on the job site. Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or masonry tasks. Prior experience with landscape maintenance or hardscape work can be a plus but is not mandatory. This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to build their skills in construction-related fields while contributing to quality fencing projects that stand the test of time!
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
