Duct Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems using specialized tools and equipment Perform cleaning procedures including vacuuming, brushing, and sanitizing ductwork to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants Identify potential issues such as leaks or blockages and recommend appropriate solutions Operate high-powered cleaning machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with safety standards Document work performed, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports for clients Maintain all cleaning equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and upkeep Communicate clearly with clients about the process, findings, and recommended follow-up actions Requirements Prior experience or interest in HVAC, plumbing, or maintenance fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, crawling into tight spaces, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and findings to clients effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between job sites Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times Join us if you're ready to build a career that promotes healthier living environments!
