Hiring Range:

$18 to $20 an hour

Position Details:

Maintenance Team Members are directly responsible for creating an outstanding guest stay through not only maintaining guestrooms and public areas, but also creating great guest interactions resulting in memorable experiences. As a maintenance team member you will perform preventative maintenance on tools, rooms and equipment. Respond timely to guest room repair requests with superior hospitality. As a Houseman, you are responsible for cleaning common rooms/areas, carrying linen and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. We deliver quality and comfortable rooms to every guest. The Team focuses on readying our rooms in advance of a guest's arrival and assisting with maintaining our high standards in our room and property cleanliness and team work.

Minimum Requirements:

Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment. Availability to work varied shifts, according to the needs of the hotel. This includes weekends, evenings and holidays. Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, kneel and crouch, regularly lift 40 pounds.
