Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance coordination for HVAC/R systems, steam boilers, clean steam generators, electrical systems, plumbing, chilled water systems, RO/water systems, fire alarms, and facility utilities . Must have experience diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues, supporting equipment uptime, managing work orders through CMMS systems , and maintaining compliance with OSHA, safety, and regulated manufacturing standards . Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or high-tech manufacturing environments with strong mechanical aptitude, emergency maintenance support experience, and ability to work independently in fast-paced operations.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
