What You ll Do Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the property as assigned Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and systems Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company safety policies Safely operate company vehicles when required Maintain and properly use tools and equipment Assist other Maintenance Engineers and team members as needed Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions Support a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership What We re Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of general maintenance, home improvement, or related experience Valid driver s license required Basic computer skills preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information and make sound decisions Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements This is a physically active role requiring frequent movement and hands-on work. Duties include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, and bending, as well as using tools and equipment regularly.

Ability to lift/move:

Up to 25 lbs regularly Up to 100 lbs frequently Must have good vision (close, distance, color, and peripheral) and the ability to adjust focus to safely perform job duties.
