Job SummaryKey Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, and general property maintenance. Must be reliable and be able to work independently, as your dependability is essential to our operations. Duties include Perform routine maintenance on various machinery and buildings Perform hands-on repairs such as carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, Plumbing, and minor construction tasks Maintain the building's exterior and grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, ensuring minimal disruption. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all maintenance tasks.
