Properties include single-family homes, small multi-family buildings, and a few apartment buildings. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to handle a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities Complete daily maintenance work orders across multiple residential properties. Repair and replace doors, windows, locks, and hardware. Perform light plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, drains, and minor leaks. Complete drywall patching, sanding, and painting. Handle miscellaneous flooring repairs and general touch-ups. Perform basic carpentry and general handyman work. Complete unit inspections and document needed repairs. Prepare vacant units for occupancy. Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Keep work areas clean and organized. Maintain tools, vehicle, and supplies in good condition. Requirements Previous maintenance, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred. Must have own truck or work vehicle. Must have own tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the day. Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential rental properties. Familiarity with apartment turnovers and make-ready work. Basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry skills. Experience working in scattered-site property management.

Pay:
