Handyman

Construction - Finish Handyman Needed Immediate Hire Beechwood Homes is one of the largest developers of single family and multifamily housing with award-winning craftsmanship that has defined luxury living, creating beautifully tailored homes and vibrant communities. Beechwood currently has an immediate, exciting opportunity for a Skilled Finish Handyman at our Saratoga location. Must be capable of all finish and trim carpentry (ex. interior trim, cabinet installation, and all finish-related work). Ability to address/finish punch list items in a timely manner to ensure home is ready for final inspection/walkthrough prior to closing Attention to quality and detail a must to handle (including but not limited to):

• Paint touch ups
• Spackling
• Tiling, grouting, caulking
• Finish Carpentry
• Appliance installation
• Lifting/moving items as required
• Must have own tools and vehicle
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license 5+ years of residential construction and handyman experience Customer Service experience Job is performed standing Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Ability to follow safety standards when working with multiple tools and equipment Highly motivated - independent worker Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
