Maintenance Technician

Logistics One is seeking a mid-level maintenance facilities technician. This position will report and work under our facilities manager. The position will be responsible for conducting a wide range of general and skilled maintenance services on our company owned commercial properties. We have multiple commercial properties located in the Saratoga Industrial Park that require a verity of routine maintenance and project-based tasks. Willingness to be flexible and adjust to shifting priorities at times. Must have basic set of tools for general tasks conducted daily. A qualified candidate will need to display mechanical competency and basic knowledge for conducting service in the following areas but not limited to, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, light carpentry, welding, and more. Comfortable working at moderate heights at times utilizing various lifts/ladders is required. Ability to work independently is a must. Schedule flexibility during winter months is required as needed based on weather for snow removal. Snow removal can include plowing with company truck, utilization of snowblowers, some manual shoveling and salting. This position will require use of company vehicle.
