Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Tech 2 to join our manufacturing facility team. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve automation issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Operate and maintain tools such as welders (including <

> welding), precision measuring instruments, scissors lifts, and other industrial equipment safely and effectively. Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history. Assist in field service activities by supporting customer service teams with technical repairs or installations at various locations. Collaborate with team members to analyze equipment performance data for continuous improvement opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, electrical troubleshooting (low voltage and high voltage), and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician skills, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate lifts such as scissors lifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
