The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing vinyl, wood, and chain-link fencing in residential and/or commercial settings. You will be responsible for measuring, preparing, and installing fencing systems with accuracy, durability, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Install vinyl, wood, and chain-link fencing according to project specifications Read and interpret job layouts, measurements, and site plans Set fence posts using concrete and ensure proper alignment and spacing Operate hand tools, power tools, and fencing equipment safely and efficiently Perform site preparation, including digging post holes and clearing areas Repair and replace existing fencing when needed Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Requirements Prior experience in fence installation (vinyl, wood, and chain-link required) Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment Strong measuring and layout skills Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience operating skid steers, augers, or similar equipment Knowledge of grading and basic landscaping Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges on-site Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Potential for advancement within the company
