Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in Tonawanda. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, including basic HVAC knowledge , and a strong commitment to providing excellent service to residents. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks Assist with apartment turnovers, including preparation for new residents Maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications Prior maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or apartment setting required Basic HVAC knowledge is required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Must have reliable transportation and tools Important Notice Please do not apply if you do not have relevant maintenance experience.
