Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Countertop Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in related trade (general contracting, masonry, trim carpentry, tile setting. etc.) with a focus on precision, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport, handle, and install countertops at customer locations. Measure and adjust countertops on-site for a perfect fit. Operate tools and equipment to cut, drill, and secure stone materials. Maintain an organized and clean truck to ensure tools and materials are readily available. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality installations. Communicate professionally with customers and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ years of experience in countertop installation, construction, or related field preferred. (On the job training is provided.)

Skills:

Ability to lift heavy materials, use hand tools, and problem-solve on-site.

Attitude:

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent the company well when interacting with customers and other team members

Flexibility:

Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
