Job Description

Maintenance Technician
  • Up to $28 per hour based on experience
  • Both residential and commercial properties.
  • Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair.
  • Must have valid New York State driver's license.
  • Must be available for on-call rotation, and occasional overtime.
  • Reference check and background check are a must!
