Take Pride in Your Work What You'll Be Doing Morgan Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 623-units in Webster, NY (Waverlywood, Webster Green I & II). This role is responsible for maintaining apartment homes, responding to service requests, and supporting property operations alongside a collaborative and supportive team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, including HVAC (split systems), appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall Complete service requests accurately and in a timely manner Assist with apartment turns (make-readies) to prepare homes for new residents Support grounds maintenance, including seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and safety requirements Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, team members, and leadership regarding repairs and updates
Compensation & Incentives Base Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Up to 50%
Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials:
$300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation:
$15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Hours & Schedule Monday -
Friday:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Rotating on-call schedule Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance when needed Snow removal required during winter months Schedule subject to change based on business needs What We'll Expect from
You Required:
1+ year of maintenance or service technician experience (apartment, residential, or similar environment preferred) Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general repairs Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within a reasonable distance Basic computer and mobile device skills #AC6287 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
