seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Fabricator / Bridge Saw Operator to join their production team. This is a full-time, hands-on role working with granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and other stone materials to create high-quality custom countertops. This position is ideal for someone with experience in stone fabrication, bridge saw operation, countertop production, or related skilled trades. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physical shop environment, reading measurements, handling heavy materials, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities:
Operate a bridge saw safely and efficiently Cut granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble slabs according to layouts and measurements Hand fabricate natural stone countertops Polish edges, cut sink openings, and complete detailed finish work Read and follow shop drawings, cutting layouts, and measurements accurately Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely Perform quality checks to ensure accurate cuts, clean finishes, and minimal waste Assist with material handling, loading, and preparing jobs for fabrication or installation Communicate with saw operators, fabricators, installers, and production staff throughout the process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications:
Experience with stone fabrication, countertop production, or bridge saw operation preferred Knowledge of granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, or similar materials Ability to read measurements and follow layouts/drawings accurately Comfortable using hand tools, fabrication tools, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical environment Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn What's Offered:
