Experienced Floor Care Technician- 3rd Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform floor care services including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing various types of flooring Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and vacuums Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Monitor floor conditions Assist in general custodial duties as needed (trash removal, spot cleaning, etc.) Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen (THC included) Previous floor care experience is required Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team MUST have atleast 1 year of floor care experience Other duties maybe be assigned as needed to help maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere
