Garage Door Installer

A Holmes Lumber (a division of Carter Lumber) Garage Door Installer will assist in installing new overhead doors & operators, removing overhead doors & operators for replacement, and assist in installing rolling doors and dock equipment. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Requirements:

Previous garage door installation experience required Strong knowledge of building materials and tools Possesses the ability to work under time constraints Possess strong math skills Ability to follow directions both written and verbal Ability to problem solve Pay up to $29/hr 7am-4pm

Mon-Fri Responsibilities:

Installation Replaces or installs garage doors using the appropriate tools. Analyzes jobsite, assists in running wires, assembling openers, cutting angles, and installing seals. Supports a safe work environment. Customer Service Ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality of workmanship. Knowledge & Training Responsible for acquiring the training needed to install garage doors safely and efficiently. Responsible for becoming certified in the product/area that is being installed to ensure that we are providing the best service to our customers.
