Woodlands Senior Care Centers is now hiring Full-Time Experienced Maintenance Personnel that will cover the

Campus located in Austintown, Ohio. Woodlands Senior Care Centers is locally owned and operated for over 25 years. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including plumbing and electrical systems. Perform routine construction, painting, drywalling and other facility improvement projects as required. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and mechanical knowledge. Ensure compliance with safety standards while conducting maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate timely completion of maintenance repairs. Have proven experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and mechanical repairs. Ensure all facilities are maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with all applicable safety and fire regulations, as well as federal, state, and local building codes. Be able to lift 50 pounds. Work day shift, but are required the flexibility as needed to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies. Have valid driver's license and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.
