Strong Compensation Package:

$20

• 30/hr based on experience. Beat-the-Budget Bonus

Requirements:

Proven experience in deck building or carpentry for outdoor structures. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to follow our methods, including safe practices and project protocols. Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate on-site.

Your Role:

As part of our deck-building crew, you'll: Install high-end composite decks, railings, and patio structures. Use clear scopes and time budgets to guide your day. Work with skilled teammates and foremen to bring outdoor living spaces to life. Practice safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every site. Want to Stand Out?
