Pool Cleaning Technician

We are hiring Pool Cleaning Technicians for the upcoming season! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hands-on team, this is the perfect seasonal opportunity. Spend your summer keeping pools clean, safe, and ready for use—while enjoying fresh air and early finishes to your day.

What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain commercial swimming pools on assigned routes Test and balance pool chemicals Monitor water levels and overall pool condition Use tools and equipment to ensure pools are safe and operational Provide reliable, high-quality service to customers What's in It for

$19•22/hour $500 auto allowance + gas card (if using personal vehicle) OR company vehicle 3 days PTO (paid out as a bonus if unused) $200 employee referral bonus Company-provided apparel, tools, and equipment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to earn Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (Year 2) Advancement opportunities Work outdoors all summer•no office required

Schedule:

Seasonal:

Mid-May through August Early start (6:00-7:00 AM)•finish early and enjoy your day 35-45 hours/week , with schedules ranging 5-7 days/week Based out of Brecksville, OH with assigned service routes

Requirements:

Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license Option to drive a company vehicle OR use personal vehicle (insurance required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working with pool chemicals Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management Team-oriented with good customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or general repair (preferred, not required)

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Repetitive movements including bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to work in changing Midwest weather conditions Safe operation of a vehicle with an acceptable driving record Ready to make a splash this summer?
