We provide the consumer credit solution for the Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, and Wheel Works brands, in addition to customized retail credit services for more than 8,000 other tire and automotive retailers nationwide. Job Category Repair & Maintenance Position Summary The building Facilities Associate performs a variety of daily tasks to maintain, and repair necessary maintenance requests, including the upkeep of offices, building, and grounds. Daily building maintenance as required to include plumbing, lighting replacement, set up of furniture for meetings, snow removal, mowing, clean up for both inside and outside of building, copier maintenance, HVAC maintenance, restocking of any request from the departments and anything that requires repair and/or replacement within the facility. Able to work in various situations and respond flexibly to changing circumstances, priorities, and time constraints. Responsibilities Focus on maintenance and safety of building Collaborates well with maintenance team Restocking, repairing, or replacing any request from the departments Maintaining the record storage area and warehouse Daily shredding of documents as needed Maintain plumbing repairs within the building Replace light bulbs Move office furniture or set-up table, chairs for business meetings, company events or department needs Seasonal mowing and snow removal Building maintenance inside and outside Assist with Xerox copier maintenance usage and delivering cases of paper Light maintenance on the HVAC units, changing filters, belts, and route cleaning Roof and gutter maintenance Able to collaborate well with people and adjust to daily needs and changes Ensure safety of teammates and building through routine and ad hoc maintenance of equipment
Minimum Qualifications Required :
High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license Up to 1 year of working experience in office building maintenance Handles the physical demands of the job which include standing, bending, pulling, and pushing Must be able to climb ladders, not afraid of heights Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Excellent communication skills, speak clearly with various levels of management
