Role Summary Our Canton, OH manufacturing site is looking for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running efficiently. Core Duties Execute regular upkeep and fix industrial hardware and systems. Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to help improve equipment reliability. Carry out proactive inspections and perform necessary adjustments to prevent failures. Document all repair work and maintenance tasks systematically. Work alongside production staff to help reduce machine downtime and boost overall output. Follow all safety guidelines to help maintain a secure workspace for the entire team. Support the setup and integration of new machinery as the need arises. Keep current with evolving industry standards and maintenance techniques. Required Skills and Experience Completion of secondary education; a technical certificate or degree in the field is preferred. Demonstrated background working as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting. Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components. Capacity to analyze and follow technical schematics and blueprints. Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for precision. Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills. Openness to a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekend shifts. Solid grasp of industrial safety standards and operational best practices.
