Maintenance Tech Temp (Canton Apartment Community)

AIY Properties has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Canton. This is a temp position but will receive the same benefits as a full-time employee. It may turn into a permanent position. This position is for approximately 5 months. If we like you and you like us, we will find a permanent position for you!

MAINTENANCE TECH QUALIFICATIONS

Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position. Minimum 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience in multi-family residential community. Moderate knowledge of the repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing and electrical. Operate and own basic hand tools and power tools such as a drill, saw, circular saw, plumbing hand tools, screwdriver set. Must be able to perform in this role while twisting, turning, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and lifting objects weighing 50 lbs or more regularly. Valid Driver's License.
