If you like hands-on work, solving problems, and not being stuck behind a desk all day, you'll fit right in here. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair overhead doors, dock levelers, seals, and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (no two problems are ever the same) Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly Respond to service calls and help customers get back up and running quickly Keep clear, accurate service records Follow safety standards while working in a variety of environments Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience with overhead doors, dock equipment, or similar mechanical systems Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable lifting heavy equipment and working at heights Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Welding or fabrication experience Experience with commercial/industrial door systems OSHA certifications or safety training What the Work Is Like A mix of indoor and outdoor work—no being stuck in one place all day Travel to different customer sites (you'll see something new regularly) Occasional on-call or after-hours work Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle and tools provided Supportive team that's got your back Why You'll Like It Here We keep things straightforward—work hard, help each other out, and go home knowing you fixed something that mattered.
