• Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work on a maintenance team assisting residents for a housing community in Chillicothe, Ohio.

You'll operate basic hand tools, follow safety procedures and conduct routine maintenance of property and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and resident requests Perform interior and exterior painting , including touch-ups and unit turns Handle basic plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogged drains, faucets, and toilets Complete minor electrical repairs (lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures) Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on apartments, buildings, and common areas

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise
• Previous maintenance experience
