Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, dining areas, restrooms, and other public spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling ingredients when needed. Support catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and ensuring the environment remains tidy throughout service. Follow food handling and safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards across all areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dishwashing during busy service periods. Keep cleaning supplies stocked and properly stored to ensure continuous sanitation efforts. Experience Previous experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing tables, basic food prep, or serving roles is a plus. Experience with cleaning routines in hospitality or culinary settings demonstrates reliability and attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling safety standards ensures compliance with health regulations. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
