Job Description

Health Care Products in rural Coldwater OH is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. We are a small company that strives to provide a clean/organized environment with good people to work with! We are looking for that unique individual who has a drive to make a difference and would enjoy machine/mechanical challenges.
Position Summary:
This position covers a multitude of duties from hands-on repairs, PMs, guiding/training others regarding machine adjustments and repairs, help oversee any projects from major repairs to new equipment installs, and essentially does a little bit of everything regarding machines and maintenance.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for machine maintenance/efficiency. Understands the importance of production efficiency and low scrap rates and looks for ways to improve machine and processes. Forecasts, performs, and documents regular PMs. Completes work orders and provides documentation as needed. Efficient and organized with excellent time management. Requirements Associates degree in Engineering is a plus but not required Prior experience with paper converting machines a plus but not required A plus but not required is experienced with one or more of the following: baggers, stackers, PLCs Allen Bradley/Siemens Servos, conveyors Mechanically inclined, excellent trouble-shooting Reliable with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Competencies Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member, leadership skills is a plus Must adhere to the company's policies and procedures. Pay will vary based on prior work experience and skill set.
